Cory M. Dietz
Cory leads the Marketing and Business Development of Elevatus Architecture
While it’s true that Cory does love talking a lot, he’s built a career around listening. Born in 1977 and a Fort Wayne lifer, Cory has dedicated his life to improving the community where he lives, works, and plays.
Ever since 8th-grade history class and doodling houses during it, he was destined for a career in the design field. After graduating from R. Nelson Snider High School, he left for college in 1996 to study business. However, with a passion for design, he enrolled in Ivy Tech Community College summer classes. Immediately following graduation there, Cory began a career in drafting for a Toledo, OH, engineering firm. In 2014, he joined SchenkelShultz Architecture, having spent the previous years at various architecture firms in Fort Wayne, IN. He didn’t, however, predict that he would be using the gift of gab for a future in Marketing.
Cory leads the Marketing and Business Development of Elevatus Architecture, a 2015 rebrand that he spearheaded, specializing in Education, Justice, and various community projects. It is here where Cory’s leadership positions within local non-profits, exemplary listening skills, and love for architecture combine to bring value-added services and relationship building to clients.
In his spare time, Cory continues to volunteer at multiple levels. He enjoys helping various organizations but relates mainly to the welfare of children. He became a Riley Dad in 2007. He loves playing golf with his son and having dance parties with his daughter. Cory and his wife of 16 years, Anne, live in northwest Fort Wayne with their two kids; rabbit, Carmel Marble; and Goldendoodle, Josie.
