Eric Duncan
Hi! I’m Eric Duncan, a native Hoosier, a Marian University Knight, and a business operations professional in the technology industry. I’m honored to support “Reason to Dance” and its mission to create meaningful, lasting impact in our community.
I am a native of the Indianapolis area and love spending time with my family, including three sisters and many nieces and nephews who live throughout the city. I attended Roncalli High School and continued my education at Marian University. During my time at Marian, I was a student-athlete and actively gave back to the Indianapolis community by supporting local elementary schools, granting wishes for pediatric oncology patients through “Little Wish,” and mentoring youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters. I graduated with a degree in business administration, with minors in technology and marketing.
Professionally, I began my career in commercial real estate but have spent the last 13 years in the technology industry, focusing on business operations at Salesforce. My role includes several core responsibilities: analyzing data, streamlining processes, and coordinating across teams to ensure projects are executed effectively. My work bridges the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations, keeping the company aligned and moving toward its objectives.
I love Indianapolis and have deep ties to the community. As a lifelong resident, I see it as both a privilege and a responsibility to help create positive change and invest in this city.
