Jason Basso
Born and raised in Indianapolis, our family, my parents, myself and two younger siblings, moved from the East side down to Perry Township, where I graduated in 2008 from Perry Meridian. Music and sports were the main influences in my life, so much so, that in high school, I was a concert violinist and varsity football player. Shortly after high school, I had my first daughter, Izabella, now 9 years old, and landed my first adult job as a leasing consultant for Gene B. Glick. This is where I fell in love with Real Estate and all of the exciting things Indy had planned for the growth of the city. I immediately got my real estate license, joined the best of the best in the business, and worked my way into creating my own brand and business, IRIS Realty. In 2015, my wife, Raquel, and I settled in our home in old Wanamaker, just mins southeast from downtown where in December 2017, we had our second daughter, Sofia.
After finding our way in the industry, building an amazing team to help the community with their home buying or selling needs, we’ve put our energy and focus into finding ways to give back to our community. Beginning in 2018, the IRIS team has found ways to give back to the “heroes” of our communities, such as first responders, teachers, doctors and nurses. Having an opportunity to be involved with an event such as Reason to Dance, is such an honor, and we’re truly excited to be here.
