Jason Bork
Founder of Pintail Solutions
Jason is the owner of Pintail Solutions, founded in 2015. With over 25 years within the life science industry, Pintail Solutions focuses on delivering complex projects across life science organizations (pharma, biotech, tech, hospitals), academia, and nonprofits. Pintail Solutions works across clinical trials, healthcare informatics, construction and facilities, and organizational development and change. Jason’s work experience includes business development at YourEncore, Global Head of Project Management at Covance Central Laboratories (overseeing more than 200 pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and a team of nearly 400 global employees). Prior to Covance, Jason worked at Eli Lilly and Company, where he led the Project Management Office, and several drug development teams, in addition to being a project manager for R&D and manufacturing. He has led strategic initiatives determining the future direction for functions and organizations during times of transformative change and has implemented large scale organizational change, optimizing the tools, processes, and behaviors of thousands of employees.
Jason is equally if not more committed to his role as an active mentor through EDGE Mentoring, a Christian-based, whole-life mentoring organization focused on faith, work, and the personal relationships of young professionals. It enables community leaders to work with rising professionals through first jobs and work transitions, relationships and marriage, children, etc., all while keeping faith at their center. Additionally, he is a proud SLDM Confirmation mentor. He also consults and mentors clients and members of his company.
An avid sports fan and supporter of youth athletics, Jason has over a decade of coaching experience for St. Louis de Montfort sports including football, volleyball, and basketball, which is reflective of his personal mission statement to “Change the World through Others”. He fulfills this mission through Pintail Solutions, mentoring, and as a dedicated father to his four children.
Jason earned his BS, Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
