Born with a birth defect, Persistent Hyperplastic Primary Vitreous (PHPV). Kyle became a Riley Child at the age of two weeks old when he needed eye surgery to save the vision in his left eye. Kyle and his parents spent multiple days/nights at Riley Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. Since then, Kyle has needed two additional surgeries at Riley Children’s Hospital. It is because of the incredible staff at Riley Children’s Hospital that he can see out of his left eye today.

Born and raised in Fountain City, Indiana. Kyle was the typical midwestern kid, that enjoyed anything outdoors and sports. After graduating High School. Kyle went on to study finance at Ball State University where he was actively involved in multiple organizations including, Riley Children’s Hospital Dance Marathon. Upon graduation, Kyle moved to San Jose, CA to sell medical equipment for Johnson & Johnson.

After a successful stent in medical sales. Kyle went on to receive his MBA from The Ohio State University. While getting his MBA, he co-founded a biotech company focused on Tissue Regeneration and scar reduction. After exiting the company with his co-founder, Kyle joined Sales Benchmark Index as a Senior Consultant.

After bouncing around the country for 9 years. Kyle recently moved back to Indianapolis and married his beautiful wife Brittany.
