Stephanie Franco Deemer
I’m Stephanie Franco Deemer. I grew up in Carmel, Indiana, and graduated from Carmel High
School in 1986. I then attended Indiana University, where I earned a degree in Journalism and
was a proud member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. After graduating in 1990, I went on to
Drake University Law School, where I also obtained a Master’s in Journalism and Mass
Communications. For 23 years, I practiced law as a litigator before transitioning into real estate
to join my wonderful husband, Andy, who has been selling residential real estate since 1993.
Today, I am a dedicated residential real estate agent with the F.C. Tucker Company and
co-founder of The Deem Team. Alongside Andy, I serve the metro Indianapolis area, where
we’ve built a reputation as top producers in our market. Our team is known for providing
exceptional service and personalized attention, ensuring that each client’s unique real estate
journey is navigated with care and expertise.
Since marrying Andy in 2015, we’ve raised a blended family of five children: Adam (26), Ben
(24), and Marya (22) Holtzlander, and Kelsey (24) and Andrew (20) Deemer. While we have two
children still in college, one in medical school, and another in a graduate program, we’re
embracing our empty-nester status with enthusiasm. We’re especially excited to start planning a
trip to Portugal, which holds special significance for me as it connects to my ancestral roots.
We’re also hoping to visit Hawaii and Maine, which are high on our travel bucket list.
Outside of real estate, I find joy in painting, which is a creative outlet that complements my work.
I also enjoy taking dance classes; they offer a delightful escape and a way to stay active. Andy
and I are part of a Pub Trivia team, and we look forward to participating each week with great
friends.
I’m deeply committed to supporting meaningful causes, particularly Riley Children’s Hospital.
This cause is close to my heart because my firstborn, Adam, was born two months premature
and weighed only 2.2 pounds. The exceptional care and emotional support provided by the
Riley NICU staff were invaluable during that challenging time. I’m excited to dance in this event
and feel honored to be able to raise money in support of such a great children’s hospital.
